From October 2026 through June 2027, construction work will be taking place at the Duna Beach complex. As a result, you may experience some inconvenience during your stay.
The Duna Beach apartment complex is located on an exclusive private estate with a beautiful swimming pool. The elevator effortlessly takes you from the garage to the second floor.
The apartment has a total area of 107 m² and a terrace of 33 m², equipped with both TV and Wi-Fi. There are two bathrooms and four bedrooms, each furnished with luxury box-spring beds.
The kitchen and living area form a beautiful open space with a comfortable seating area including a 65-inch TV and a large dining table for eight people.
The terrace offers breathtaking views of both the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. This apartment is ideal for up to eight people.
Just a stone’s throw away is the most beautiful beach and the lively boulevard of Torrox Costa, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area also offers numerous recreational activities, such as water sports, hiking and biking trails, and cultural attractions.
Please note that our rental properties are individually owned, and each house will offer different TV options. We do not have standardized service in all our properties. This house is equipped with a Smart TV where you can use your own login credentials for Netflix and other streaming services. Don’t forget to log out after your stay.
Due to unstable electricity market prices, the kilowatt-hour energy price can be adjusted accordingly.

General information
The information below applies to most holiday homes. Some accommodations may have different conditions, so please always check the property description.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. A €50 booking fee applies to every reservation. Arriving later? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30 late check-in fee will be charged. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are privately owned, which means TV facilities may vary. Most properties are equipped with a Smart TV for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you would like to watch TV channels from your home country, we recommend bringing a Chromecast or Fire TV Stick.
Electricity Consumption
2026: From June through September, the weekly rental price includes 50 kWh (for properties with up to 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (for larger properties). Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh. During the remaining months, electricity is charged at €0.45 per kWh based on the meter reading.
From 2027, electricity is included in the nightly rate. For winter stays of more than 1 month and for stays outside the winter season longer than 1 month (also applies to 2026), electricity costs are calculated separately based on the meter reading (€ 0.45/kWh).
