Welcome to Seasight Duna, a sun-filled apartment in the exclusive Duna Beach complex in Torrox Costa. Located in a private estate with a swimming pool and just 50 meters from the dunes and shoreline, this spacious retreat is ideal for a relaxing Mediterranean holiday.
A short stroll leads to the soft sandy beach, perfect for cooling off in the sea. Torrox Costa offers a variety of restaurants, scenic walking routes, and easy access to the lively promenade and Torrox Lighthouse.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three cozy bedrooms, all featuring luxury boxspring beds. There are two bathrooms and two toilets, offering comfort and privacy for families or groups. A separate kitchen and welcoming living space are perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.
Step onto the private terrace and enjoy the sea breeze, with views of the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort.
Guests have access to a shared swimming pool, ideal on warm days. A private garage parking space is included, with additional free street parking nearby.
Thanks to its prime location, public transport is within walking distance, and nearby towns such as Nerja—with its beautiful beaches and famous caves—are easily reached. The Torre del Mar water park is nearby, and Málaga city is just a 45-minute drive away, offering culture, shopping, and historic sights.
Quiet hours are observed from midnight to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay. Smoking, pets, and parties are not permitted. For information about pool availability outside the standard season, please contact us.

General information
The information below applies to most holiday homes. Some accommodations may have different conditions, so please always check the property description.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. A €50 booking fee applies to every reservation. Arriving later? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30 late check-in fee will be charged. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are privately owned, which means TV facilities may vary. Most properties are equipped with a Smart TV for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you would like to watch TV channels from your home country, we recommend bringing a Chromecast or Fire TV Stick.
Electricity Consumption
2026: From June through September, the weekly rental price includes 50 kWh (for properties with up to 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (for larger properties). Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh. During the remaining months, electricity is charged at €0.45 per kWh based on the meter reading.
From 2027, electricity is included in the nightly rate. For winter stays of more than 1 month and for stays outside the winter season longer than 1 month (also applies to 2026), electricity costs are calculated separately based on the meter reading (€ 0.45/kWh).
