“Àtico a la Playa” – Penthouse by the Beach in Torrox Costa

As the name suggests, “Àtico a la Playa” is located right on the beach and along the charming, car-free promenade of Torrox Costa, surrounded by cozy bars, chiringuitos, ice cream parlors, and restaurants.

This cozy, fully air-conditioned penthouse accommodates up to 4 guests and features a spacious 40 m² sun terrace with an outdoor shower. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and mountains. In the evening, relax with a drink among the beautifully lit plants.

The penthouse offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The master bedroom includes extra-long beds and a private terrace. The en-suite bathroom has been recently renovated and features a spacious rain shower, washing machine, and dryer. The second bathroom has also been updated and includes a rain shower.

Free Wi-Fi is available, and the smart TV offers IPTV access to international channels, sports channels, and movies. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a combination oven, and a separate freezer. This apartment does not have a dishwasher.

Although “Àtico a la Playa” is right on the beach, it is also centrally located. The well-stocked Mercadona supermarket is just 250 meters away, the local medical center is 600 meters away, and the bus station and taxi stands are within 900 meters.

Within the ‘Costa del Oro’ urbanization, guests have free access to two swimming pools (open from early June to mid-October) and surrounding sports facilities. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy nearby courses such as Baviera Golf and Añoreta Golf—the latter being our personal favorite.

“Àtico a la Playa” is not only perfect for a fantastic sun, sea, and beach holiday, but also an ideal spot to spend a long, relaxed, and carefree winter under the Spanish sun.

Important to know:
In 2026, electricity is charged based on usage. From June through September, you will receive a weekly free amount of electricity: 50 kWh for apartments with up to two bedrooms and 100 kWh for larger homes. If you exceed this amount, €0.45 per additional kWh will be charged. During the other months, electricity consumption will be calculated based on the meter reading, at the same rate. Starting in 2027, electricity will be included in the nightly rates, except during the winter months from November through March. During this period, electricity will be charged based on the meter reading (€0.45 per kWh).
