This modern penthouse apartment in the Duna Beach I residence was first occupied by the Spanish-German family owners in April 2022. Located on the fourth floor, the apartment is easily accessible via elevator directly from the underground parking garage.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room, and a spacious open-plan kitchen with a cooking island. Large sliding doors fill the living space with natural light and create a bright, open atmosphere. The total living area, including the covered balcony, is approximately 90 m².
Two bedrooms have a northeast-facing balcony with beautiful views of the inland mountains and the sunrise. The living room opens onto a large west-facing balcony overlooking the natural dunes and the wide sandy beach of the Costa del Sol, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the mountains of Málaga.
The private rooftop sun terrace, accessible via an external staircase, offers breathtaking views, a pergola, outdoor shower, lounge area, and sun loungers. Together with the balconies, the outdoor spaces provide around 85 m² to relax and enjoy outdoor living.
With a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, sun awnings, and modern outdoor furniture, this stylish penthouse offers everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Nearby attractions include the beaches and the famous Nerja Caves, beautiful Playa de Maro, a nearby water park, the Torrox Lighthouse, and a variety of beach bars and water sports facilities throughout the area.
Important to know:
In 2026, electricity is charged based on usage. From June through September, you will receive a weekly free amount of electricity: 50 kWh for apartments with up to two bedrooms and 100 kWh for larger homes. If you exceed this amount, €0.45 per additional kWh will be charged. During the other months, electricity consumption will be calculated based on the meter reading, at the same rate. Starting in 2027, electricity will be included in the nightly rates, except during the winter months from November through March. During this period, electricity will be charged based on the meter reading (€0.45 per kWh).

General information
The information below applies to most holiday homes. Some accommodations may have different conditions, so please always check the property description.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. A €50 booking fee applies to every reservation. Arriving later? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30 late check-in fee will be charged. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are privately owned, which means TV facilities may vary. Most properties are equipped with a Smart TV for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you would like to watch TV channels from your home country, we recommend bringing a Chromecast or Fire TV Stick.
Electricity Consumption
2026: From June through September, the weekly rental price includes 50 kWh (for properties with up to 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (for larger properties). Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh. During the remaining months, electricity is charged at €0.45 per kWh based on the meter reading.
From 2027, electricity is included in the nightly rate. For winter stays of more than 1 month and for stays outside the winter season longer than 1 month (also applies to 2026), electricity costs are calculated separately based on the meter reading (€ 0.45/kWh).
