Just 75 meters from the beach, this stunning penthouse is part of a private residential complex surrounded by lush gardens, tennis courts, and swimming pool—all freely accessible to guests. An elevator takes you to the tenth floor, and from there, a short staircase leads to the entrance of this exceptional top-floor apartment.
Inside, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The spacious kitchen opens directly onto a large terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, landscaped gardens, and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. The penthouse comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for families or small groups seeking a relaxing coastal escape.
The surrounding area is dotted with picturesque coastal villages, and during the summer months, the beach comes alive with water sports and family-friendly activities.
This is more than just a holiday rental—it’s a place to unwind, breathe in the fresh sea air, and embrace the laid-back rhythm of Mediterranean life.
Step outside and you’re immediately on the lively seafront promenade, lined with restaurants, shops, and even a pharmacy. The charming town of Nerja is just a 10-minute drive away, while Málaga Airport can be reached in 35 minutes.
Our rental properties are individually owned, and TV services may vary. While we do not offer a standardized entertainment package, most homes are equipped with Smart TVs, allowing you to log in with your own accounts for streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more.

Please note that the information below applies to most of our holiday homes. Specific arrangements may apply to some stays. Therefore, always carefully read the description of the holiday home you wish to book.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. For each booking, we charge a €50 booking fee. Arriving late? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a surcharge of €30 applies. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are unique and individually owned, which means TV services may vary. Most properties have a Smart TV where you can log in to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you want to watch channels from your home country, it’s a good idea to bring a Chromecast or Fire Stick.
In 2026, electricity is charged based on consumption. From June through September, you receive a weekly free allowance: 50 kWh for homes with up to two bedrooms and 100 kWh for larger homes. Any additional usage is charged at €0.45 per kWh. During the other months, consumption is billed based on the meter reading at the same rate.
From 2027 onwards, the nightly rates will include electricity, except during the winter months (November through March). During this period, electricity will be charged based on the meter reading (€0.45 per kWh).
