The apartment boasts a sunny terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast with sea views or an evening cocktail at sunset. The large living room with an open-plan kitchen offers plenty of space and direct access to the terrace, featuring stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
Comfortably furnished, the accommodation can host up to 4 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
Nearby attractions include the Torrox Lighthouse, beach bars, watersports, Nerja Beaches, Maro Beach, the Nerja Caves, and a waterpark. Free street parking is available, and a private garage space can also be provided.
Good to know:
In 2026, electricity is charged based on usage. From June through September, you receive a weekly free allowance: 50 kWh for apartments with up to two bedrooms and 100 kWh for larger units. Any excess is charged at €0.45 per additional kWh. During the other months, electricity consumption is billed according to the meter reading, at the same rate. From 2027, night rates include electricity, except in the winter months of November through March. During this period, electricity is billed according to the meter reading (€0.45 per kWh).

- Our holiday homes are unique and individually owned, so TV services may vary. Most accommodations have a Smart TV where you can log in to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. General information
The information below applies to most holiday homes. Some accommodations may have different conditions, so please always check the property description.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. A €50 booking fee applies to every reservation. Arriving later? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30 late check-in fee will be charged. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are privately owned, which means TV facilities may vary. Most properties are equipped with a Smart TV for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you would like to watch TV channels from your home country, we recommend bringing a Chromecast or Fire TV Stick.
Electricity Consumption
2026: From June through September, the weekly rental price includes 50 kWh (for properties with up to 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (for larger properties). Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh. During the remaining months, electricity is charged at €0.45 per kWh based on the meter reading.
From 2027, electricity is included in the nightly rate. For winter stays of more than 1 month and for stays outside the winter season longer than 1 month (also applies to 2026), electricity costs are calculated separately based on the meter reading (€ 0.45/kWh).

great stay
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful seaside apartment, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality of Sonny and a sparkling clean, beautifully decorated space. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were cozy and inviting, ensuring a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view from the balcony. We enjoyed our mornings with a cup of coffee. The location couldn't have been better – just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and cafes. Overall, our experience at this seaside apartment was fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can't wait to return.
