Important to know: in 2026, you’ll pay for electricity based on consumption. From June through September, you’ll receive one free kWh per week: 50 kWh for apartments with up to two bedrooms and 100 kWh for larger homes. If you exceed the limit, a rate of €0.45 per additional kWh applies. In other months, electricity will be charged based on the meter reading at the same rate.
From 2027, night rates will include electricity, except during the winter months of November through March. During this period, electricity will be charged based on the meter reading (€0.45 per kWh).

General information:
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. We charge a small €50 booking fee for each booking. Arriving later? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, we charge a small surcharge of €30, so you can arrive relaxed. Deposits can be paid securely by credit card upon arrival. The amount varies per apartment, from €250 to €500.
Our vacation rentals are unique and individually owned, so the TV services offered may vary. Most accommodations have a modern Smart TV, so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. You’ll feel right at home!

great stay
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful seaside apartment, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality of Sonny and a sparkling clean, beautifully decorated space. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were cozy and inviting, ensuring a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view from the balcony. We enjoyed our mornings with a cup of coffee. The location couldn't have been better – just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and cafes. Overall, our experience at this seaside apartment was fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can't wait to return.
