The apartment is part of a well-maintained complex with access to a communal swimming pool—ideal for a refreshing dip on warm days.
Just a short distance away are the beautiful beaches of Torrox Costa and Nerja, as well as the lively promenade with a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. The perfect base for a relaxing and sunny holiday on the Costa del Sol!
Good to know:
In 2026, electricity is charged based on consumption. From June through September, you receive a weekly free allowance: 50 kWh for apartments with up to two bedrooms and 100 kWh for larger homes. Any excess usage is charged at €0.45 per additional kWh. During the other months, electricity is charged based on meter readings at the same rate. From 2027 onwards, nightly rates will include electricity, except during the winter months from November through March. During this period, electricity is charged based on meter readings (€0.45 per kWh).

- Our holiday homes are unique and individually owned, so TV services may vary. Most accommodations have a Smart TV where you can log in to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you would like to watch channels from your home country, we recommend bringing a Chromecast or Fire Stick.

General Information:
Please note that the information below applies to most of our holiday homes. Specific arrangements may apply to some stays. Therefore, always carefully read the description of the holiday home you wish to book.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. For each booking, we charge a €50 booking fee. Arriving late? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a surcharge of €30 applies. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are unique and individually owned, which means TV services may vary. Most properties have a Smart TV where you can log in to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you want to watch channels from your home country, it’s a good idea to bring a Chromecast or Fire Stick.

bellavista beach club.
The apartment was more than suitable for are needs, well equipped with a lovely view and large terrace. It was only a few minutes away from Torrox Costa and a variety of supermarkets and a close drive to Nerja. Communication with Spain2Home was clear and prompt, Sonny who met us there was really helpful. Look forward to returning in the future and booking with you.
