Please note that our rental properties are individually owned, and each house will offer different TV options. We do not have a standardized service across all our properties. This house is equipped with a Smart TV where you can use your own login credentials for Netflix and other streaming services.

Important to know: in 2026, you’ll pay for electricity based on consumption. From June through September, you’ll receive one free kWh per week: 50 kWh for apartments with up to two bedrooms and 100 kWh for larger homes. If you exceed the limit, a rate of €0.45 per additional kWh applies. In other months, electricity will be charged based on the meter reading at the same rate.
From 2027, night rates will include electricity, except during the winter months of November through March. During this period, electricity will be charged based on the meter reading (€0.45 per kWh).

General information:
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. We charge a small €50 booking fee for each booking. Arriving later? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, we charge a small surcharge of €30, so you can arrive relaxed. Deposits can be paid securely by credit card upon arrival. The amount varies per apartment, from €250 to €500.
Our vacation rentals are unique and individually owned, so the TV services offered may vary. Most accommodations have a modern Smart TV, so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. You’ll feel right at home!

Location
The appartment has a ideal location: Close to the beach and only a few hundred meters from supermarkets like Aldi and Lidl . Parking lots are plenty and we could find parking right outside the main entrance. In addition to the two terraces it is possible to bring chairs to the large terrace on top of the building and enjoy the sun all day long. Bonus: Two of the best seafood restaurants serve lunch and dinner right across the road from the appartment at very reasonable prices. All in all: Very recomendable!

Fantastisk dejlig lys, enkel og praktisk lejlighed med hav- og bjergudsigt fra alle rum. Med 3 fine værelser, 2 badeværelser, stue/opholdsrum, køkken og 2 balkoner fungerer lejligheden perfekt for op til 6 personer, Lejligheden er handicapvenlig og der er 2 elevatorer i ejendommen. Fin parkeringsmulighed ved ejendommen. Beliggende tæt på strandpromenaden, indkøbsmuligheder og adskillige restauranter. Mulighed for at benytte tennisbane og pool. Perfekt beliggenhed for udflugter i baglandet og nærliggende byer som f.eks. Nerja og Frigiliana. Vi har haft en dejlig uge i Casa Bellota.
