The Marinsa Beach apartment complex is situated on an exclusive estate with a swimming pool. Penthouse Casa de la Luz features a spacious rooftop terrace, fully furnished with luxurious garden furniture and high-quality sun protection. The terrace offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
The penthouse boasts a generous living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. This includes all conveniences such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer-dryer combo, ceramic cooktop with built-in extractor, and a fridge-freezer combination. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The bedrooms are furnished with luxurious hotel box spring beds.
The property includes a private parking space. The elevator takes you directly to the third floor.
Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find the beautiful beach and lively promenade of Torrox Costa, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area also offers numerous recreational activities, such as water sports, hiking and biking trails, and cultural attractions.
Please note that our rental properties are individually owned, and each home offers different TV options. We do not provide standardized service across all our properties. This home is equipped with a Smart TV where you can use your own login credentials for Netflix and other streaming services. Remember to log out after your stay.

General information
The information below applies to most holiday homes. Some accommodations may have different conditions, so please always check the property description.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. A €50 booking fee applies to every reservation. Arriving later? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30 late check-in fee will be charged. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are privately owned, which means TV facilities may vary. Most properties are equipped with a Smart TV for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you would like to watch TV channels from your home country, we recommend bringing a Chromecast or Fire TV Stick.
Electricity Consumption
2026: From June through September, the weekly rental price includes 50 kWh (for properties with up to 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (for larger properties). Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh. During the remaining months, electricity is charged at €0.45 per kWh based on the meter reading.
From 2027, electricity is included in the nightly rate. For winter stays of more than 1 month and for stays outside the winter season longer than 1 month (also applies to 2026), electricity costs are calculated separately based on the meter reading (€ 0.45/kWh).

Een fijn verblijf gehad in Torrox costa
Ons verblijf in casa de la Luz was helemaal geweldig. Het appartement was heel lux en van alle gemakken voorzien. De service vanuit spain2home was professioneel en erg persoonlijk. Zowel in de aanloop van de vakantie als tijdens de vakantie!
