Casita Helena is thoughtfully designed for couples or small families. Inside, you’ll find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, making it suitable for two adults and two children. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, and the fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your favorite meals at home. The open-plan living and dining area offers a cozy space to unwind after a day by the coast. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay even on the hottest summer days. Enjoy your private terrace that comes with the apartment.
Guests have access to a communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days. If you’re curious about pool availability outside the standard season, feel free to contact us – we’ll be happy to provide the most up-to-date information for your stay.
Free street parking is available nearby, and the apartment’s central location makes it an excellent base for exploring the region. The picturesque town of Nerja is just a 10-minute drive away, while the cultural highlights of Málaga are only 45 minutes by car.
Our rental homes are individually owned, and each property may offer different TV options. Most are equipped with a Smart TV where you can log in with your own credentials for Netflix and other streaming services.

General information
The information below applies to most holiday homes. Some accommodations may have different conditions, so please always check the property description.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. A €50 booking fee applies to every reservation. Arriving later? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30 late check-in fee will be charged. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are privately owned, which means TV facilities may vary. Most properties are equipped with a Smart TV for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you would like to watch TV channels from your home country, we recommend bringing a Chromecast or Fire TV Stick.
Electricity Consumption
2026: From June through September, the weekly rental price includes 50 kWh (for properties with up to 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (for larger properties). Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh. During the remaining months, electricity is charged at €0.45 per kWh based on the meter reading.
From 2027, electricity is included in the nightly rate. For winter stays of more than 1 month and for stays outside the winter season longer than 1 month (also applies to 2026), electricity costs are calculated separately based on the meter reading (€ 0.45/kWh).

A lovely Apartment great location every thing you needed was there and very stylish

Perfect holiday place
I stayed here just after the renovation of the apartment. We got welcomed by the nice and very professional people of Spain2home. The place is perfectly refurbished, all appliances (e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, …) are here. Location wise it couldn’t be more perfect, a few steps away from the beach, restaurants, and supermarket, what else do you need? The spacious swimming pool, located in the beautiful well-kept garden even has a guard on duty. Parking space is near, if not next to the apartment. Hopefully a lot more stays in Casita Helena will follow.

Lovely comfortable apartment within easy reach of Beach Pool restaurants and supermarkets . Nice little terrace for eating and sunbathing will definitely be back 😊
