This 75 m² apartment includes a spacious 10 m² terrace and comes fully equipped with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for your comfort and entertainment.
It features two bedrooms, each furnished with luxurious box-spring beds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the bright and cozy living area — the ideal space to unwind after a day at the beach.
Step out onto the sunny terrace and enjoy breathtaking views of both the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains — a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is located on the third floor, accessible via an elevator that connects directly to the garage. A private parking space is included, along with a personal charging station for electric vehicles. Use of the charger is available at a rate of €0.30 per kWh. Please note: pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Please note that the information below applies to most of our holiday homes. Specific arrangements may apply to some stays. Therefore, always carefully read the description of the holiday home you wish to book.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. For each booking, we charge a €50 booking fee. Arriving late? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a surcharge of €30 applies. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are unique and individually owned, which means TV services may vary. Most properties have a Smart TV where you can log in to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you want to watch channels from your home country, it’s a good idea to bring a Chromecast or Fire Stick.
In 2026, you pay for electricity based on consumption. From June through September, you receive free electricity weekly: 50 kWh (max. 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (larger homes). Excess consumption costs €0.45 per kWh. In the other months, you pay the same rate based on the meter reading. From 2027, electricity is included, except during the winter months or for stays longer than one month; in those cases, €0.45 per kWh applies, based on the meter reading.
