The Duna Beach apartment complex is located on an exclusive private estate with a beautiful swimming pool. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The kitchen and living area form a stylish open space, complete with Wi-Fi and TV.
The large terrace offers a cozy lounge area and a big dining table, perfect for relaxing meals and enjoyable moments. This apartment is ideal for four people and provides everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find the most beautiful beach and the beginning of the lively promenade of Torrox Costa, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area also offers numerous recreational activities, such as water sports, hiking and biking trails, and cultural attractions.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited.
This apartment does not have a private parking space in the garage of the complex.
Please note that our rental properties are individually owned, and each home will offer different TV options. We do not have standardized service across all our properties. This home is equipped with a Smart TV where you can use your own login credentials for Netflix and other streaming services. Don’t forget to log out after your stay.

General Information:
Please note that the information below applies to most of our holiday homes. Specific arrangements may apply to some stays. Therefore, always carefully read the description of the holiday home you wish to book.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. For each booking, we charge a €50 booking fee. Arriving late? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a surcharge of €30 applies. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are unique and individually owned, which means TV services may vary. Most properties have a Smart TV where you can log in to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you want to watch channels from your home country, it’s a good idea to bring a Chromecast or Fire Stick.
In 2026, electricity is charged based on consumption. From June through September, you receive a weekly free allowance: 50 kWh for homes with up to two bedrooms and 100 kWh for larger homes. Any additional usage is charged at €0.45 per kWh. During the other months, consumption is billed based on the meter reading at the same rate.
From 2027 onwards, the nightly rates will include electricity, except during the winter months (November through March). During this period, electricity will be charged based on the meter reading (€0.45 per kWh).

Very helpfull
While we were already in Spain, it turned out there was a problem with the apartment we had rented for six weeks. We had previously seen posters from Spain2home and discovered that they have an office in Torrox. We checked the website and went to the office, where we were immediately helped in a friendly and excellent manner. That same afternoon we had a fantastic apartment that we could move into straight away. Wonderful. We had an excellent stay there and they were always reachable. For us, it’s clear that next time we will go straight to Spain2home. Thank you.
