The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a bright living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step out onto the covered terrace, unwind in the lounge area, or share meals around the outdoor dining table.
Guests have access to the beautiful communal swimming pool and can enjoy modern amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV (use your own streaming accounts), a washing machine, and more. The building has an elevator and step-free access, making the apartment easily accessible.
The beach, restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and shops are all within walking distance, while the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for water sports, hiking, cycling, and exploring the charming white villages of Andalusia.

General information
The information below applies to most holiday homes. Some accommodations may have different conditions, so please always check the property description.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. A €50 booking fee applies to every reservation. Arriving later? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30 late check-in fee will be charged. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are privately owned, which means TV facilities may vary. Most properties are equipped with a Smart TV for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you would like to watch TV channels from your home country, we recommend bringing a Chromecast or Fire TV Stick.
Electricity Consumption
2026: From June through September, the weekly rental price includes 50 kWh (for properties with up to 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (for larger properties). Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh. During the remaining months, electricity is charged at €0.45 per kWh based on the meter reading.
From 2027, electricity is included in the nightly rate. For winter stays of more than 1 month and for stays outside the winter season longer than 1 month (also applies to 2026), electricity costs are calculated separately based on the meter reading (€ 0.45/kWh).

Very helpfull
While we were already in Spain, it turned out there was a problem with the apartment we had rented for six weeks. We had previously seen posters from Spain2home and discovered that they have an office in Torrox. We checked the website and went to the office, where we were immediately helped in a friendly and excellent manner. That same afternoon we had a fantastic apartment that we could move into straight away. Wonderful. We had an excellent stay there and they were always reachable. For us, it’s clear that next time we will go straight to Spain2home. Thank you.
