This modern two-bedroom retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing Mediterranean getaway. Inside, you’ll find a contemporary bathroom and an open-plan kitchen seamlessly integrated into the living area. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for your entertainment.
Step outside to enjoy your private outdoor spaces. Begin your morning with coffee on the open terrace, unwind in the shade of the covered terrace during the afternoon, and end your day watching the sunset from the balcony with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is part of a quiet, family-friendly complex with a communal swimming pool. If you’re visiting outside the standard season, feel free to contact us to check pool availability during your stay. One private parking space is included, and free street parking is also available nearby.
Please note that pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are observed from midnight to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Families with children are warmly welcomed. As each apartment is individually owned, TV offerings may vary, but most feature Smart TVs where you can log in with your own streaming accounts.
For this apartment you only pay for electricity in the winter months from November to March.

Please note that the information below applies to most of our holiday homes. Specific arrangements may apply to some stays. Therefore, always carefully read the description of the holiday home you wish to book.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. For each booking, we charge a €50 booking fee. Arriving late? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a surcharge of €30 applies. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are unique and individually owned, which means TV services may vary. Most properties have a Smart TV where you can log in to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you want to watch channels from your home country, it’s a good idea to bring a Chromecast or Fire Stick.
In 2026, you pay for electricity based on consumption. From June through September, you receive free electricity weekly: 50 kWh (max. 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (larger homes). Excess consumption costs €0.45 per kWh. In the other months, you pay the same rate based on the meter reading. From 2027, electricity is included, except during the winter months or for stays longer than one month; in those cases, €0.45 per kWh applies, based on the meter reading.
