Welcome to Panorama Beach, a stylish apartment located within a private residential estate featuring a beautiful communal swimming pool. This modern 80 m² apartment, complemented by a spacious 10 m² terrace, offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The bright open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen create a welcoming space where you can unwind and enjoy quality time together.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with luxurious box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm), as well as two fully equipped bathrooms for added convenience.
From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea, making it the perfect place to relax with a drink or a good book.
For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with a flatscreen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private parking space. An elevator provides direct access from the garage to the first floor. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests.
Good to know:
In 2026, electricity is charged based on consumption (€0.45/kWh). From June to September, a weekly allowance of 50 kWh (up to 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (larger properties) is included. From 2027, electricity is included, except during winter months or for stays longer than one month, when consumption is charged at €0.45/kWh.

General information
The information below applies to most holiday homes. Some accommodations may have different conditions, so please always check the property description.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. A €50 booking fee applies to every reservation. Arriving later? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30 late check-in fee will be charged. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are privately owned, which means TV facilities may vary. Most properties are equipped with a Smart TV for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you would like to watch TV channels from your home country, we recommend bringing a Chromecast or Fire TV Stick.
Electricity Consumption
2026: From June through September, the weekly rental price includes 50 kWh (for properties with up to 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (for larger properties). Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh. During the remaining months, electricity is charged at €0.45 per kWh based on the meter reading.
From 2027, electricity is included in the nightly rate. For winter stays of more than 1 month and for stays outside the winter season longer than 1 month (also applies to 2026), electricity costs are calculated separately based on the meter reading (€ 0.45/kWh).

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our time in Torrox living in this apartament last month. Its location is excellent - close to the beach, local restaurants and shops but at the same time in a quiet area if you need to chill or work. The flat is new, beautifully furnished and really comfy thanks to two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious living room and well equipped kitchen. You can really feel like home :) We often bought sea food in a nearby supermarket and cooked delicious dinner we ate on a west-oriented terrace (great sunsets!). We highly recommend the place as well the hosts.

Stunning apartment with a swimming pool and direct beach access.
This beautiful, newly built, spacious apartment in Torrox Costa offers an ideal getaway. The apartment features two bedrooms, living room, each with a smart TV, and two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances, coffee machines, and pots. The large balcony provides a perfect spot to relax in the evening. We could enjoy direct beach access, a swimming pool with a lounging area, and plenty of walking promenades with shops and restaurants. Additionally, there is a very spacious parking space in the underground garage. The location is superb, offering easy access to Malaga (50 km), Marbella, Granada, Nerja (10 km), and other must-see spots along the Costa del Sol. Nearby, you can enjoy beautiful beaches such as Burriana Beach. The nearest Mercadona supermarket is just 1 km away. The host is friendly, easy to reach, and provided everything we needed, offering total flexibility with check-in and check-out. Our family highly recommends this place, especially for those traveling with kids. Thank you for hosting us; we look forward to returning soon.

Apartment and area
We spent one week in this nice apartment. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, really good equipped - kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Apartment has got fantastic terrace and lovely view to see and mountains. It's close to sea, beach and restaurants. Administrator was available and helpful. We felt safe. Outstanding!!
Beautiful, comfy and super clean. The best location in Torrox Costa! I loved its big terrace with sea view and remarkable sunsets… simply recommendable.
