The apartment complex is located on a private estate and is surrounded by beautiful gardens, tennis courts, and a swimming pool. Tenants can use these facilities free of charge.
Three elevators take you to the second floor, where the apartment is located. The apartment, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, has a total area of 90 m², including a 15 m² terrace.
There are two bedrooms, both equipped with luxurious box spring beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen and living area form a beautiful, open space of 25 m².
The terrace offers a spectacular view of the gardens and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is suitable for four people.
Just a stone’s throw away is the most beautiful beach and the lively boulevard of Torrox Costa, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area also offers numerous recreational activities, such as water sports, hiking and biking trails, and cultural attractions.
Please note that our rental properties are individually owned, and each house will offer different TV options. We do not have standardized service in all our properties. This house is equipped with a Smart TV where you can use your own login details for Netflix and other streaming services. Don’t forget to log out after your stay.
Due to unstable electricity market prices, the kilowatt-hour price for energy may be adjusted accordingly.

Please note that the information below applies to most of our holiday homes. Specific arrangements may apply to some stays. Therefore, always carefully read the description of the holiday home you wish to book.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. For each booking, we charge a €50 booking fee. Arriving late? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a surcharge of €30 applies. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are unique and individually owned, which means TV services may vary. Most properties have a Smart TV where you can log in to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you want to watch channels from your home country, it’s a good idea to bring a Chromecast or Fire Stick.
In 2026, you pay for electricity based on consumption. From June through September, you receive free electricity weekly: 50 kWh (max. 2 bedrooms) or 100 kWh (larger homes). Excess consumption costs €0.45 per kWh. In the other months, you pay the same rate based on the meter reading. From 2027, electricity is included, except during the winter months or for stays longer than one month; in those cases, €0.45 per kWh applies, based on the meter reading.
