Campo Arenas

This is a nice plot of land located in Pago de los Azafranes, Arenas. It has a good connection to Arenas, Velez-Malaga, Sayalonga, Algarrobo, Competa, Canillas de Albaida, Archez and Curumbela, thanks to the large number of lanes connected. Most of them are paved.
The plot is about 10,700 m² +/-.
It has mains water from Sayalonga village and electricity from Sayalonga village.
It has its own well that provides the water for irrigation of the trees.
The orchard consists of two types of trees, mostly irrigated. There are about 570 mango trees and about 40 loquat trees. There are also some orange trees, lemons, mondarines, plums, custard apples and pomegranates for own use. There is also much of the land covered with Muscat grapes, olive and almond trees. There are also two hundred-year-old olive trees, a small carob tree in production (protected species about 15 years old) and a holm oak (protected species over 100 years old).
To irrigate the irrigated trees, there is a small 20,000-litre basin, a large 400,000-litre basin and at the foot of the farm is a 180,000-litre cistern. All these irrigation systems are irrigated automatically.
This land has an annual production of around 10,000 to 12,000, depending on the value of the fruit that year.
It has a house divided into two parts: one with two rooms and one with a kitchen and a bathroom. Below the latter, which has two floors, is a room with an electric boiler and installation for a washer and dryer. All this is shown in the photos.
It is important to point out the large veranda, with a small covered area and a barbecue with two fires. In addition, a large part of the veranda is uncovered, making it very sunny. In the videos and photos, you can see the beautiful view of the village of Sayalonga. Next to this terrace, there is a small room for the engines and electronic irrigation.
To enjoy this finca for about 15 years, about 380,000 euros have been invested.
