As an added highlight, the penthouse features a spacious rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. It also includes a luxury barbecue, ideal for long, cozy evenings.
Just a short walk away, you will find the beautiful beach and the lively promenade of Torrox Costa, offering a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. The surrounding area is perfect for both relaxation and activities, including water sports, hiking, cycling, and exploring cultural attractions.
Good to know:
In 2026, electricity is charged based on usage. From June through September, you will receive a weekly free amount of electricity: 50 kWh for apartments with up to two bedrooms and 100 kWh for larger homes. If you exceed this amount, €0.45 per additional kWh will be charged. During the other months, electricity consumption will be calculated based on the meter reading, at the same rate. Starting in 2027, electricity will be included in the nightly rates, except during the winter months from November through March. During this period, electricity will be charged based on the meter reading (€0.45 per kWh).

- Our holiday homes are unique and individually owned, so TV services may vary. Most accommodations have a Smart TV where you can log in to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you would like to watch channels from your home country, we recommend bringing a Chromecast or Fire Stick. Just to be sure 😊

Please note that the information below applies to most of our holiday homes. Specific arrangements may apply to some stays. Therefore, always carefully read the description of the holiday home you wish to book.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. For each booking, we charge a €50 booking fee. Arriving late? No problem! For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a surcharge of €30 applies. The security deposit is paid securely by credit card upon arrival and ranges from €250 to €500, depending on the holiday home.
Our holiday homes are unique and individually owned, which means TV services may vary. Most properties have a Smart TV where you can log in to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. If you want to watch channels from your home country, it’s a good idea to bring a Chromecast or Fire Stick.
